Oulton United Football Club Refund Policy

At Oulton United Football Club, we strive to provide a positive experience for all our members, supporters, and participants. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
1. General Policy
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined below.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to refunds@oultonutd.com or through our contact form on oultonutd.com.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
2. Ticket and Event Bookings
- Match Tickets & Event Entries:
- Refunds are generally not available for purchased tickets or event entries unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
- If an event is canceled, full refunds will be issued automatically within 14 days.
- For rescheduled events, tickets will remain valid unless the ticket holder opts for a refund within 7 days of announcement.
3. Memberships and Registrations
- Membership Fees:
- Refunds are not typically provided for membership fees once processed.
- Exceptions may be made if the request is made within 14 days of purchase and before any services or benefits are utilized.
- Training and Programs:
- Refunds will be considered if requested prior to the start of the program or training session.
- After the commencement, refunds will not be issued unless the club cancels the program.
4. Merchandise Purchases
- Clothing, Equipment, and Other Goods:
- Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.
5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
- The club will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
6. Cancellation and Changes
Oulton United Football Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events or programs. In such cases, refunds will be issued automatically or as specified.
